Amadeus Strings started in 2004 when Mr. Yoon’s daughters were playing the violin. At the time, the school orchestra teachers had suggested that he consider becoming a local string instrument provider. He found a nice violin maker in Romania, which is where our story begins. The teachers in the area were so impressed with the violins and wanted to know where they came from. Mr. Yoon decided to order more to rent them out to students in the area. The first year he had 20 violins, the next year he had 100, and then he started ordering violas. 10 years later he was renting violins, violas, and cellos and had over 500 customers. Today we have over 1,100 customers and also rent basses. Amadeus Strings is known in the region for their higher quality instruments that many have both rented and purchased over the years. Customers know when coming to Amadeus Strings that they are receiving quality instruments and great customer care.
